If you say so...

Although I do laugh when we have these big rainfall events and the BOM comes on

'Unfortunately only 4-5mm fell in the catchment areas'

But of course our government doesnt believe the catchment areas are in the wrong spot, oh no, more water restrictions is easier

Besides ALP have a perfect, foolproof strategy, if we run out we will take water from the country areas where they dont have enough water atm

coz the ALP put the catchments were they are didn't they...........or they only made it rain in certain areas...................yep, it's their fault rain only falls in certain areas.

did i tell you it's their fault we have a drought?

and it's their fault that there's an Aids crisis in Africa.

and all the worlds ills are because of the ALP.

Sorry to undermine you darling, but with the ALP's shift to the right in this election, I think you can only be officially described as lefty if you vote Greens. :P

Dunno about the catchments, but it certainly went in my rainwater tank. It was coming out of the two downpipes into the tank like it was coming out of a fire hose. Had 20mm in one 15 minute burst. It was too much for the gutters to cope with but I still would have harvested over 1500 litres just from that downpour. I haven't checked the tank but I'm tipping it's overflowing again. Green back lawn and happy growing garden right thru summer at this stage. :D

Dunno bout that Eddie, I like the heat but once it gets over 40 it's time to go inside and turn the air con on.

Give me low 30's every day and rain every second night. That'd be perfect.

Heat is OK I can handle that.

Should come up where I am atm. Humidy and Heat is a real bad combination.

My kids have made me happy Today.

Cheers :)
All this may be summed up in one word - CHARACTER - and if that is not worth developing, nothing is.

Isn't todays weather great!

It peaked at 42.5 at 3.30pm down here in The Hollow.

A bit more humidity and it would have reminded me of a Darwin wet season build-up.
