Count me in again Marg, put me down for XX for now, but if we could get an easier payment method (Paypal etc.) I'd be happy to put more in. With the bank thing I hafta get the missus to do it.

If I could do it meself I'd probably drop in after each game and sling a few bob around (which could be quite a bit of cash this year!!!)

UPDATE 21Jan08:

Okay, we are slowly getting there! At the moment we are still $350 short of the total we will most likely need to sponsor a player again in season 2008.

Again, it would be great if we could get some new NBB members on board who haven't been involved before. And of course we welcome back any members from last years sponsorship who haven't signed up for this year yet as well.

We are close to the amount needed so hopefully we can get a few more of Nicks members joining in and then the sponsorship will be a goer for season 2008.

Just a note that I will wait to send the banking/postal details out until we confirm that we have enough interest to go ahead, just in case we don't make the amount we need.

Happy Birthday Jac for the 19th. I'm in for $100. He will have a great year. He has waited long enough. The injury last week was 3 stiches to the cheek side of his ear. Good Luck. Go Pies 2008.

I'm in, I've sent you a PM MargOz. I reckon if we don't stick with JA, which it sounds like everyone wants, then we should go with Nathan Brown. He'd be amongst the cheapest and along with Jack should be making a real impact this year.

Hi everyone, well we are almost there - we only need $100 more and we will have reached the balance we need.

If anyone would still like to participate, just post here or send me a PM as soon as possible.

I have received the sponsorship info from the Club so will try and post that here later today. We will need to confirm our sponsorship and make the first payment before 4th Feb so we need to get those last few pledges in ASAP to know whether we can afford to go ahead or not. I will then send out payment details.
