Mine is a complete lack of ability.
Every dead body on Mt Everest was once a highly motivated person, so maybe just calm the **** down.

I'm not normally, recent circumstances have led me to be. The Maloo is worth it, I don't work fo it, it works for me (enjoyment, tax break etc..).
As for your Fords, see you at the track!

If I keep under 100 and don't lose more than one ball I'm pretty happy

Thanks Stui, But I none the wiser. What exactly do you do.stui magpie wrote:Human Resources EBB. I'm actually temporarily the Human Resources Manager for a suburban hospital, which is quite different but I'm enjoying it a lot.
I've seen the wording Human Resources applied to more than one career placement and yet, I don't what they do.

LOL.
Depends EBB.
In my case I deal with Industrial Relations, Recruitment, Discipline, Performance Management, Award/EBA interpretation and most other "people" related issues.
Some jobs specialise in one facet or the other, I've always been a generalist. OH&S comes under the umbrella of HR too, but I have someone to do that.
There's "transactional" jobs where you undertake trasnactions such as answering questions, processing paperwork and policing policy and there's "Transformational" jobs where you get into change management, coaching managers on leadership practice and cultural change.
That help?

Well appart from doing nothing out of the ordinary today 2 things made me happy....
They showed one of my favourite movies on TV today; Robin Hood Men In Tights..... Haha, I love that movie (even though I've seen it SO many times lol)
I actually ventured outside today.... it was so nice. I just sat in the shade with my bird (in a cage) & just..... sat there listening to the cricket. Then the cat came & joined me. Then my bird started feasting on my fingers..... It was just nice....
