David wrote:*gasp* what an evil woman. She was talking on her mobile phone while driving, you say?
I'd say the same thing as I have from the beginning of this saga. I hope whoever deserves the seat gets it. But, come on... who really cares any more?
the people in mckewen who wanted to vote her out care. and i suspect those that voted her in will care a little bit too.
Granted, the people of McKewen, and also I suppose the politicians in question and their friends and family... but seeing as how I, like the majority of Australians, don't belong to any of those categories, it's difficult to maintain interest in the endless recounts.
The most important thing, I suppose, is that the proper result occurs. The trouble is, when will somebody back down? Both MPs have been in front in different recounts, so I find it hard to see that the loser will accept the next result, and so on.

One of my best friends..... She just said a few words & put a big smile on my face, I'm so lucky I can have some friends like her!!

Harry, you're a champ!
whilst i understand that not being unemployed anymore seems like a 'good' thing at the start, please don't make me jealous.
working is disgusting. i cant wait until i'm 60 and retired.
thank god for the interent, facebook and nick's.
no one wants to work. quite rightly the dole is not meant to subsidise one's extravagant lifestyle but unless someone throws me a shitload of money or i win tatts then working is the only option for now. even though much of me wants to be a delinquent i just can't do it.
and yes, facebook and nick's can fill in a day quite nicely. though the things i am going to miss is going down to st kilda to lie on the beach or heading to preseason training which i got quite accustomed to.
