Yeh actually they weren't too bad over the years. A little surprised as to why they left it like that. They just dropped off an envelope with the keys and a short note saying "sorry, had to leave in a hurry, thanks for everything, keep the bond." Renting wasn't really an option. He was going to offload it anyway as he's retiring (somethig about putting it into super, tax free I think?). I just happened to be in the right place at the right time
