Yeah I feel like a beer myself. It's the closest feeling to the buzz you got as a kid hanging out to unwrap your presents on christmas day.magpie_1983 wrote:im pumped im havin my 3rd beer as i type this

RudeBoy wrote:Anthony, Stanley and Lonie were the 3 listed emergencies. Of those, you are right that only Stanley played, but apparently Anthony is replacing Reid tomorrow. That only leaves Lonie. I'm just hoping that Travis has not pulled out with his ankle injury.die4pies wrote:RudeBoy wrote:Great news for young Jack, but I noticed that Lonie did not play at Willi today. Does that suggest someone else is not playing?
All the named interchange and emergencies did not play today except Danny Stanley and he was in the best today too.
yeah but what has Lonie got to do with Travis though? SURELY noone in their right mind would try and play Lonie as a CHF. You'd be better off bringing Chris Bryan in to help Wood, and giving Josh a try.

Surely it's just a matter of keeping one of the emergencies fresh to come in just in case there is a very late mishap of some sort. If they all played yesterday it would be very hard to come up again today if required at the last minute. I assume all clubs would hold back a player or two in case of emergencies.
Exactly right mate... got to keep someone in reserve just in case something goes wrong last minute.Steamroller wrote:Surely it's just a matter of keeping one of the emergencies fresh to come in just in case there is a very late mishap of some sort. Jack played forward, Nathan played back. Hard to tell on TV who Nathan was on, him and Wakes seemed to take turns on Richo.
Jack did some good things, playing as 3rd tall, moved around a fair bit, nothing stunning but good honest efforts. Good debut.

Every dead body on Mt Everest was once a highly motivated person, so maybe just calm the **** down.
