the change rooms were the carlton cricket club rooms which are a couple of minutes walk from the ground. it looked odd watching the team walk off the ground, through the terraces and exit the ground.Ash10 wrote:die4pies,did the boys not have changes rooms or something?

It's an absolute disgrace. Victoria Park's a bit run down, but it would be more of a home than that. Come on Eddie, pull yer finger out!!!Jock McPie wrote:the change rooms were the carlton cricket club rooms which are a couple of minutes walk from the ground. it looked odd watching the team walk off the ground, through the terraces and exit the ground.Ash10 wrote:die4pies,did the boys not have changes rooms or something?

How much would it cost to bring Vic Park up to a standard that was safe for both players and spectators?jack_spain wrote:It's an absolute disgrace. Sounds like it could be a planJock McPie wrote:it is safe now. there is a ton of seating. the surface is good enough to have games played each week. the umpires train there.
i don't think it is a bridge too far to contemplate a return there in the not too distant future.

Looks like McCarthy, Dawes, Macca, Dutchy and Lonie all are in good form.
Liked the goal from Jaxson aswell, the kid looks like he could be a pack breaker with that speed.
