Hmm sounds like a university study 'Has the mobile phone revolution led to a "Is that me ringing or you" state of paranoia within society?"

What pissed me off today is that I was all revved up to get my teeth stuck into Magpie Dan's Safeway/Trent Croad issue and it got pulled. I never got to read it, just heard a bit about it. Would love to know some of the "details".

Hey I get that feeling a lot. Even when my phone's not in my pocket. When that happens I worry that my phone is going to give me a tumour or something.

when i have my phone in my pocket for a long time i often feel that side of my leg getting sore...

i always wondered whether it is my imagination or not.

im a bit of a mild hypochondriac though. when i hear or think about symptoms i feel them...

once when running outside in the scorching heat, came back and started reading about sunstroke...and was convinced i was having one lOl

also when i started to get scared about the beginning of a bald spot in my hair...now i always feel my hair shifting around - if that makes sense LOL

Hmm, the phone thing happens a lot to me too. But once again, I too am something of a hypochondriac. In my mind, I've had avian flu, meningococcal about three times, an STD, cancer, various broken bones, temporary blindness, deafness, schizophrenia and a brain haemorrhage.

One thing that I clearly do suffer from is paranoia... :P

My body feels like I've been massaged with a brick. I spent the afternoon assembling a 3x2 metre shed. Put the panels together yesterday. because the ground isn't level and I was doing it on my own, a few contortionist acts were required and i couldn't quite manage to fasten the 2nd roof panel on. Bloody thing is out by about 8mm from being able to get the screws in. Hope it isn't windy this week.

Trying to have some kind of routine only to have someone change your plans.

I'm just starting a gym routine (even though I hate gyms) because I need to get fit and I get a free gym membership with work so I figured I should use it. Anyway, I went once last week and was going to go again tonight but my friend pulled out because she couldn't find her runners. Thing is, she knew before the weekend that she couldn't find her runners but said that she would buy some. So last night (Sunday) I messaged her to see if she was up for the gym after work and she said she couldn't find her runners.. But I KNEW that! grrr.. Suppose it's not much to get pissed off about but I'm in a foul mood today already. Gym probably would have been quite a release and I'm just not confident enough to go on my own yet because I have no idea what I'm doing..

Wasn't today but had an absolute ripper on Thursday. Morning started with key breaking off in roller door lock which meant 1/2 pulling door lock assemby apart so I could get my bike out and go to work. Stopped at Safeway on way home to get a few groceries, and as I normally do when I'm only getting a few things, used my bike helmet as a shopping basket. Shame some muppet had either partially opened a can of catfood or that said can had a defective lid. Result was new $400 motorbike helmet acting as catbowl for generous portion of Dine Turkey Fillet (not happy or nice smelling Jan). After much scrubbing of helmet liner off to bed in feral mood. Next morning a new day dawned...said new day began with new motortcycle falling off sidestand and smashing lefthand front blinker and clutch lever. Friday night topped things off just perfectly. Was not my best 36 hours.
