Last night my wife dragged me out to see the Harlem Gospel Choir, I went beacuse they had once appeared on stage with U2. It was a cold night here in Canberra so I grabbed a my Collingwood jacket on the way out the door. While waiting in line to be seated an old lady grabbed me and said "God bless you my son and also bless the greatest team in the world, Collingwood". Bloody oath said someone else in the queue.
Even in cold boring Canberra the maggies are loved and praised.

hey gearge
enjoyed reading that imensley
we all went to canberra a few years ago at an ansett cup match
when we played sydney swans at munuka oval it was stinken hot.
And the people in canberra were so nice to us it was stinken hot and we all stood underneath a tree behind the goals.
and heaps and heaps of canberrians were rapt that we travelled all the way to canberra to watch an ansett cup match.
they just kept bringing us beer after beer it was so good
they just loved the way we barracked for our beloved pies
all the best george
