I tend to agree with Robbo's suggestion some time ago that the Pies need to recruit a nutter to run out on the field each week. Someone who is fed bones in a cage during the week and let loose on the paddock on match day to do some damage.

Well Zed with all due respect I think Lionel Hutz meant that he wants an enforcer, someone who could dish out the big hip and shoulder.
You mentioned guys like Hotten and James who were average at best, whereas guys like Kelly and the raging bull Darren Millane were tough and could play the game.
Couldn't agree with you more Fletch. i'm talking of some bloke who basically stalks the opposition on the ground. Someone who can command some respect on the field.
Trent Hotten was a pussycat on the field....its amazing how you have one beer too many, get arrested and all of a sudden you've got a rep as a thug.....
OK I have taken all that on board. But when will we draft a thug when only the Kangaroos are willing to gamble on them. Do you think we should keep Venables ? He is the closest player we have got to Kelly. Shaw could not coach these types of players. You must be willing to give away freekicks or even suspension if you play the man.In our list who would you think is capable of such play?
Saverio should be coached to steamroll opponents like Lockett.104kg at full pace I know Saverio wont be hurt.
