So you can't find a quote?

I thought not[/quote]
Here's a quote to live by Al, quantity beats quality.

Do you spend your whole time at the games in deep discussion with people expressing support for the opposition? I've seen it happen to people. They miss the game.

You took something I said and turned it into something you wanted it to say so you could stomp your feet and spit out your dummy.

Such a waste
You just accept mediocrity, face it. Gutless really. The club has stuffed up again, supporters that are not blinded by the Collingwood bullshit such as 'we are a powerhouse', 'we are the best club in the land' can see that, on field, we have been pathetic for a long, long time. What's been done to rectify that? **** all. Apart from Nathan Buckley, we have not had another A grade star play for us for however many years.

You won't win **** all without top quality players. I don't care what age they are or thei background. The way Cousins returned in 2007, with no pre season, should have been enough to take a punt on him.

Yet the club, like you, think they are brilliant enough already and not in need of anything. We are fine with the kids etc. Your all damn deluded if that's the case. People like you are half the damn problem.

One flag in 50 years and you al think you support the 'greatest club'. What a damn laughing stock you are. If Cousins stars next year, I'm coming right back at you mate, so called expert.

How could we have had Judd?
If they had wanted him and he wanted them, a deal WOULD have been done. Whatever it was.

He chose Carlton. Speaks volumes, not that you would admit that FFS.

We should secure a sponsorship from Optus because we sure are a club of "Yes" men and women.

I hate the Scum, but they have won 16 premierships because they're prepared to do what it takes. And that includes getting Judd (a masterstorke that will win them another flag before us).
well said. But its ok, they are CarlScum......

There are seriously some idiots around here. It's clear carlton are on a mission and gaining ground......fast. Meanwhile we do what? Recruit Corrie and......

Any wonder they always shaft us? They just do what it takes while we **** around, trying to keep the brand happy and PROMOTE the youth policy. Shame we have forgotten experience and proven star quality count also.

And yet, they too are not pursuing Cousins. Nor it seems are 13 other teams. At the moment it looks as if the Saints are the only team interested, and the likelihood of Cousins returning at all is dwindling.

The landing of Judd, as I'm sure you know, was no masterstroke, he fell into their laps.
Rubbish he fell into their laps. He CHOSE them, to start with.

Also WHY would they go after Cousins? They have Chris Judd already or did you forget that small, minor detail?

And he broke down after, what was it? three games? He has had no proper pre-season, no match preparation, and hasn't played a serious game of footy for over twelve months. He is unprepared for any come-back and the talk that he is comes straight out of his management who you would expect to say that.

The breakdown in 07, shoud have told you something - that given his dilatory preparation again, he won't last the season or even perhaps half a season. That last hamstring tear was a nasty one, and unless his body is truly match hardened, its likely to go again - probably sooner rather than later as his body cannot stand the strain he puts on it...

Thank God you don't do the trade deals. Although you would probably be no worse than the people currently doing it now.

Lack of imagination on your part. Should we expect anything else from you? You seem to really mirror the club......funny that.......

Even so, he CHOSE Carlton. Get it through your head. Care to explain why?

He's already said why he chose Carlton. They had the early draft picks necessary to get the deal done and he didn't want to completely shaft West Coast if he could help it. Don't let reality stand in the way of a good footstomp though.
