Everyone does sometimes. A good thing to practice before you react to something... is simply take a nice long slow breath in, and and an even longer slow breath out. Just gives a moment to yourself to balance a bit.

People who don't read the friggen paper or look at the formguide on the TAB walls before trying to put their bets on.

i keep perving and i keep getting in trouble by my gf which makes her angry and it makes me angry that i do it. i need help :(

The global financial crises being a good reason to cancel the staff christmas party. Isn't that the reason half of us still work here? FFS!!!
