Victorian Football League pre-season fixtures 2009:

* Please note all practice matches listed are subject to change.

January:

Northern Bullants:

Internal trial, Friday, January 23 at 6pm at Visy Park, Carlton.
February:

Coburg Tigers:

Intra-club match, February 20 or 22 TBC, Victoria Park.
February 28 vs Collingwood, Gosch's Paddock.
March:

Box Hill:

Saturday 7th or Sunday 8th March (Day TBC) VS Northern Bullants at Visy Park, Carlton.
Saturday 21st March VS Casey Scorpions at Casey Fields
Saturday 28th March VS Williamstown at Whitten Oval
Casey Scorpions:

Saturday March 21st V Box Hill Casey Fields 11.10 & 2.00pm
Saturday March 28th V Frankston Casey Fields 11.10am & 2.00pm
Coburg Tigers:

March 14 vs Williamstown, Whitten Oval.
March 21, intrac-club, TBC

Port Melbourne:

Saturday, March 14 v Sandringham, Trevor Barker Beach Oval, 11.10am & 2pm.

Saturday 28th March vs Port Melbourne @ Port Melb. - 2 games - 10am & 12:30pm

Sat, March 7 v Geelong, 1pm, Skilled Stadium.
Sat, March 14 v Coburg, 10.15am & 1pm, Whitten Oval.
Sun, March 22 v Sandringham, 2pm, Travor Barker Beach Oval.
Sat, March 28 v Box Hill, 11.10am & 2pm, Whitten Oval.
April:

Box Hill:

Saturday 4th April VS Port Melbourne at TEAC Oval
Thursday 9th April VS Werribee at Bartercard Oval
Casey Scorpions:

Sunday April 5th V Coburg Casey Fields 11.10am & 2.00pm
Coburg Tigers:

won't be.

you will just have to turn up to see who plays.

but more then likely who ever is not playing on thursday night will be playing on sat morning. dawes is a likely show at gosh's

tell ya what boys Casey Fields is looking better than ever!!!

Been down there a bit lately to have a kick around and the gound is the best its looked since being built!

anyone know if we really have a praccy against the Cats on April 4? seems strange since we play them in round 1 the following week.

can someone confirm?

Yes they play Geelong as a curtain raiser to the Geelong vs Richmond game this week.

They will have played each other 3 times in 5 weeks when round 1 comes around.

I think the majority, other than those who are involved with the VFL team will be at the MCG on Saturday.

If you are desperate ask for a report from a Geelong fan.
