Yeah, gorgeous. And his voice! Superb. Also has nice soft hands. And funny. He's just good all round! Must've been an awesome feeling having him actually sing to you!! Wow!fan4collingwood wrote:Hasn't Chris Isaak got the most wonderful eyes!! I went to a concert last year, and he came up to where I was sitting (on the balcony) and lent across on front of me to sing, I was in heaven!luvdids wrote:What made me happy is listening to the CD I got from the Chris Isaak concert I went to a few weeks ago. I was in the VIP area so it was also signed by him and handed to me personally. Got his DVD/CD set (that I already had) signed while I was there too.
Told them not to bother sending me the free download, had the real thing signed by him so why bother with a free download?!
What made you happy today?

mate, if you're secure with work, now is the best time to do it. With the grant and low interest rates you can get a great headstart.
It's been a life saver for me as I've been pretty much out of work for the last month or so. Gone back to doing something I gave up 6 years ago, working for a mate, busting my arse for around 75 % of what I'd been earning when work ran out.

I bought a computer on Thursday. Quite happy about that even better, got everything (laptop, roaming internet connection and antivirus software) for under $1000. Will probably save me twice as much now that I don't need to use shopping centre computers any more.
Oh, and in other news, someone (see Bored Board) decided that they'd like to go out to the Goth club tonight and hang out with me. Awesome.

lol, it's the only place I ever go. Canberra doesn't really have any goth clubs per se, but there are nights about once every fortnight where an existing venue hosts a goth event. Gets pretty good numbers, and you always know there's going to be great music.
Anyhow, in relation to my above post... she didn't end up making it, but I had a good night all the same, even though I made out with a lot of people who I probably shouldn't have.
