3. Didak. Great to see some of the magic coming back.
2. Swan. Got us going with a huge first quarter and was always there.
1. Dick. Brilliant finisher, the cream on the cake.
Difficult game to judge. Pendlebury showed fantastic leadership and got a heap of the ball but didn't have his usual poise; Davis likewise. I thought our senior players, Fraser, Lockyer and O'Bree, all had excellent games. And Maxwell was brave and effective as always.

3. Pendles (only a couple of errant kicks out of 39 touches. Smooth and sure footed as a mountain goat. 100% silk)
2. Dids (stop trying to slide through cute little goals and just bang 'em through. Was all class today and turned the Dees inside out with every disposal.)
1. Dick (Another bag, another polished performance. I just want him to gain a few kegs before the Geelong boys rip his head of and s**t down his neck come September.)
L.Brown, well, perhaps next week.
Great game again by Swannie, especially in the first qtr when the game was being won and I thought Steele showed great poise and skill in ordinary conditions.

RED "BABY" CAVANAUGH: Didn't hear what the bet was.
