I am swinging around to your way of thinking.
Fev has a substance abuse problem. So who doesn't have players who are out of control at some point? Take a look at WC in 2006 and Hawks in 2008.
We can turn a blind eye just like these 2 recent premiers.
If Fev ends up at a club that is knocking on the door of the premiership win then we have no chance. Get him. Trade any player that we can bar a few....

Havent you guys actually forgotten that he only tends to play 10 games a year...the others he is sitting on his butt and doesnt give a bugger about his team, the score, the world...just himself.
If we get him...dont go complaining about the amount of times he doesnt chase his opponent out of the forward line or when he cracks it with one of his players for not passing it correctly.
Coz it will happen.

no thanks. he is a flog, plain and simple. we dont need those type of people around our club whilst we have the young list that we do. we have already had enough off field problems without him.
The ultimate measure of a man is not where he stands in moments of comfort and convenience, but where he stands at times of challenge and controversy.

If he plays 10 games at Collingwood and scores 89 goals (his 2009 total) then i'd be happyMelsa5 wrote:Havent you guys actually forgotten that he only tends to play 10 games a year...the others he is sitting on his butt and doesnt give a bugger about his team, the score, the world...just himself.

As somebody said previously, what's most important is that he's up for trade, not sacked.
So yeh, he might just be taught a lesson but hopefully we can entice blues we enough that we get him

They haven't really sacked him, all they have said is that they will do their best to work out a deal for the desired club that Brendan wants to go to.GreekLunatic wrote:They sacked him so cant he pick where he wants to go? I hope we go after him
If no one offers them anything, he will still be at Carlton next year.
