RIP Millane. Was my favourite player, loved his hardness at the contest and always gave 100%. Highly skilled and quick for a big man. The players nearly got over the line for him in 92, bar a flawed 'final 6'. We never recovered after that in the 90's. Would have been a fine captain and leader of the club.

A true magpie champion.
Most of my favourite bands start with "M" - Mars Volta, Mastodon, Megadeth, Metallica, Midnight Oil, Misfits...except King Gizzard and the Lizard Wizard ~

My favourite too. My Richmond supporting mate hated it when he played against the tigers, because he reckoned their players used to just jump out of his way when he ran at them.

They say people will remember where they were the day President Kennedy was shot, Princess Diana was killed or 9/11 but for me I'll never forget the day my hero was taken from us.

Remember him for what he achieved, dream of what he would have become.

Forever in our hearts and minds.

Forever Collingwood.

Rest in peace Darren.

Thoughts to his family especially today.

RIP Pants!! ♥
I idolised Dazza when he played for the Pies, even though he was close to my age.

I was absolutely shattered when he killed himself, Pies were never the same during the 90's after he was gone.

I still remember him fondly when I think of the days he was playing.

RIP Dazza Millane

Geez, it feels like yesterday. A tragedy that still seems surreal.

We didn't just lose Pants. We lost a whole generation and several flags I'm sure.

The most costly death in Magpie history.

On what will be 20 years, yes 20 years since our last Premiership in 2010.

How about dedicating next season to the last Collingwood player to touch the footy in a Premiership.

RIP

I was at the 90 GF and remember him holding the ball when the final siren sounded!
He was playing so well We threatened to re-break his thumb if it healed before the G-F!
He was the Raging Bull of the 1990 Collingwood machine.
I still miss him.

Thank that skanky slut Russo for our ladder position in 1992.

He really represented the soul of our club, which I still don't think we've fully recovered.
