absolute ATTRCIOUS kicking...9.22.
The 'D' played better on the day,I bet that the guys went onto the paddock and expected a 'walkover',but got the shock of their life......
A draw got them out of gaol BUT shrist they were lucky......far too many mistakes in what I saw of the game.......
I dont apologise for these comments either,as i only saw part of the first 1/2 and my mrs kept me up to date til I got home with 5 minutes to go.

Gutless soft
Can't mark for a total of 9 marks! 22 points. What sort of crap does this club want to keep serving up to us! Hey! Time for a change. Eddie resign!
I love this club and I hold anyone in contempt who does not think it is worth fighting for.

Let's look for a positive..........everyone goes away a winner.
We get back Ball, Dids, BJ.
Mid season break came just in time. Totally out of form.
On a negative note: How many losses do we need to tolerate because of bad kicking?
Playing the way we did today, a draw is mighty mighty lucky. I'll take the two points!

After the epic draw comes the decisive knockout!

I have had enough. I just dropped $50 on a Pies jumper for my 1 year old today. Someone explian to me why I would subject him to this time after time after time after time...
I have had enough. This team is insipid. Diamond Creek reserves would've kicked straighter today.
It's the same ol' story and nothing ever changes. Memo the coaching staff: It's no use whinging about how Melbourne seem to get themselves up for this game every year and how it's "their grand final". Here's an idea - how about WE *&^*(&%$% treat it like it's a grand final??
Will we actually make the *&^*(&%$% last day in September and whinge about how the other team were playing as if it was a grand final?
Bunch of softcocks and pussies we are. This current team has no hope of winning a premiership. None. We are all living in la la land.

Todays draw was better than last weeks win.
Last week we were lucky and a few of us were bagged for saying it felt like a loss.
Today we fought hard in the last, down on confidence, luck and skill, not to mention players before and during the game, and we showed we wanted it. Poor kicking again costly.
I feel quite good after that. Was sure we would lose half way through the last.

might give us one due to not having to worry about percentage.neds elbow wrote:You can bet this will cost us a top 4 spot at years end
effectively we are 8-4 with unbeatable percentage.
obviously a win would have been better but it's not the end of the world. It looked like we were going to win by a billion points in the first quarter then god knows what happened.
collingwood.. bowl them over

What is so frustrating is that in each of our lossess, but for better kciking at goal, a win was a possibility. if could sort that out, then would be a lot easier

Read the pre-game posts, and our supporters expected a walkover.
Goal kicking is a problem for this club. Unless we admit it, and do something about it, then, well, we'll be appreciating the 40th anniversary of 1990 flag in 2030!!!!

Fighting against the objectification of woman.
I've learnt my lesson
Had $100 on Melbourne at $6. If Pies lost I wasn't going to be totally devastated. Unbelievable. No more betting on Pies games.
