Don't hugely care how much we win by, but we need to put away this game.

Pro:
- Midfield dominance
- Dawes, Cloke definitely looking to be a dominant combination
- Hope that Leon/Medhurst are fit and find some form

Con:
- We will likely lose the ruck battle, do we even bother having 2 specialist ruckmen?
- They do have some potent forwards; Lecras, Kennedy (tough matchup), McKinley, Lynch

can't argue about the ad's. But since Rex has gone they call quite well IMO. Denis, Leigh as special comments & Tony Leonard - I don't mind them. Its not as though 3LO is setting the world on fire these days.

Hearing a bit of a whisper that Simon Buckley might be getting a gig this week

Interesting that Buckley was used up forward last week in the VFL.

Wouldn't mind seeing him come in for Lockyer to be honest.

At 190cm, 90kg would be a handy addition to take on the big bodies of Geelong and St.kilda if he can step up to AFL level.

Josh Thomas is the other one I'd really like to see debut for the club before the season is out.

I like the look of this kid a lot.

Perhaps the game against Richmond would be a good apportunity to give players like a Thomas and Rounds a crack on the big stage.

The Anthony inclusion is a minor surprise but has undoubted talent and with him impressing in a return to defence last weekend we may have found a way to fit him and Dawes in the same 22 using him as a swingman.

Maybe a backman will get rested (late withdrawl) and JA will fill that hole. Then Rounds or Blair play Dick's forward role.

Always happy to see JA back in the side. Very disappointed to see Dick out, but glad we've gone for a settled line-up. Emergencies look exciting, love to see someone make their debut on Saturday night.

Pies by 107 points.

Collingwood 26.16.172
West Coast 9.11.65

I balls to bones believe that Leon will awaken for this game. The Eagles historically have been his bunny and he is well overdue for a 5 bagger. C'mon Leon, time for some magic.
