Tooves has one more year left.
Seedy needs to get over his hip injury as he is a shell.
De Goey needs a rest.
Witts needs a run in the VFL or a rest.
Frost needs a rest, but he can't have one.
Play Marsh and Reid.
Tell Faz to stay on his feet.
Tell Grundy to concentrate on his disposal.
Play Pendles more forward as he looks sore. Give the clearance responsibilities more to Adams and Greenwood.
Crisp needs a rest.
Do anything to freshen the team up and restore some confidence and optimism.
We look fatigued from no reward for effort. Each week since the Hawks game our confidence, risk taking, pressure and attacking play has lessened. We are almost at rock bottom and look tired. Today's performance was not enough to beat any team including The Brisbane beggars. All we have now is effort and even that is starting to fall away. We won't win next week without changing some things around that can trigger a return of self belief. We played today like 22 individuals who wanted to pass the buck to his teammate. Lucky we plated a crap side or it would have been a 100 point loss.

Yep
Moore played a sensational game and you reckon otherwise you are not a real Pies fan..
We are rebuilding at the moment, so shut the f...... up and just be proud to be a Pies fan.
Its all about the excitement of watching the 2017 Premiers in the making.

I love this club and I hold anyone in contempt who does not think it is worth fighting for.

Your idiocy knows no bounds. What'sinaname wrote:What did our <snip> coach say at his press conference. Did he spin the same shit to keep some of those here believing that he's the right man for the job?
Obviously the Mods are having a meeting to decide if that comment passes muster.
After the epic draw comes the decisive knockout!
Collingwood rules the world again and Mick Malthouse fulfils his destiny with the twenty ten premiership and can you hear the people sing!

I reckon we invested so much in those 4 hard games before Footscray, that we've emptied the bank. The players look knackered. Pendlebury is clearly carrying an injury. Frost is too young to be carrying the backline but neither Toovey nor Brown is leadership material. Crisp started the year like a train but looks fatigued. Watching Maric on Friday night I could only lament that neither Grundy nor Witts seem to be able to hold more than one or two marks per game. There is no point parking them in the goal square if they are just going to imitate goal posts. Many players do well against their old teams - I think Jesse White should have been given one more week, just because it was Melbourne.perthmagpie wrote:Tooves has one more year left.

Do we have any mongrels in our team? Hodge, Lewis and Mitchell are mongrels (Hodge should be up before the Match Review Committee again this week), Gibson, Burgoyne and Lake are mongrels. Richmond played anti-social football and the Hawk bully boys folded. We seem to play only choirboys.
Something else I noticed watching the game today - when we double tackle, both players are doing the same thing, ie tackling, Watch Cyril when he's second man into a tackle - his first priority is not the tackle (his teammate is already doing that), it is to wrench the ball from the player being tackled. I saw Frost second man in on a tackle and all he did was lock his teammate's arms around the opposition bloke, resulting in a ball up. He should have wrenched the ball from the tackler and broken out of the backline. Attention to micro-detail - it's what makes Clarkson such an effective coach,
