If the club know he is gone, get him out of the 22 asap. Blind freddy can see that his heart is not in the contest, it is just hurting our club.

I agree with DTM drop him (rest him) this week and let him ponder his lot without his team mates. Although as it stands this does not seem to bother him too much.
