Not any more, regrettably - date was rescheduled for Saturday night, owing to a case of the flu. All the same, she still seems pretty keen to come, so it's not really that disappointing.

Lol speaking of that, I'm being set up on a blind date by my cousin, which I haven't ever done before, but was like 'Sure, why not?'David wrote:Inviting a girl whom I have had a bit of a crush on to watch movies with me tomorrow night.
Then, today, my friend from work was looking at photos of this singer in a band we go and watch, that I just loooove.. She's like 'Ooh, I have a friend who is the split image of him, just younger. Would you go on a blind date?' Hahaha So, there may be 2 in the works now
What am I though? A charity case? Haha! I have told everyone that I'm off the market until October, but nobody is listening !!
Love always, Alyssa xoxo

Here's cheers to a great evening on Saturday, although by then I imagine all she will want to talk about is Collingwood's slick win over Essendon. I played in a charity golf day today. Beats the hell out or working.
Played at "the Heritage Golf and Country Club" out at Wonga Park.
4 ball Ambrose, Golf carts, a chick on a cart full of booze, snacks and sandwiches cruising round the course handing out free booze, a sponsor table at each tee handing out giveaways....Damn, that's how Golf should be played all the time.
Dinner, emCee'd by John Blackman and more booze.
I did a runner after the main course before the speeches, prizes and auctions so I could find my way home while it was still light enough and I was still sober enough but what a bloody brilliant day.

lol, I suck at golf but even I'm tempted by the idea of alcohol and food.
What made me happy today was finding out that a friend is able to let me crash at his place for a month when I arrive in Melbourne... meaning I'll have some time to look around for accomodation. All I need now is to plan a date to move down and I'll be set

Transfer would be the go. Fortunately JB has a few stores down in Melbourne, so I should be able to fit in somewhere (at least until I can find a better job).jmcp wrote:will/can u transfer with your current employer or look for a new job?David wrote:lol, I suck at golf but even I'm tempted by the idea of alcohol and food.
