I hate getting older. I bought a flat pack shed today and there was noone around so I went to put it on the trolly myself. Coudn't have weighed more than 70-80kg but i struggled to get the bastard up off the shelf and onto the trolly that wouldn't stay still. Had to get angry at myself before i could just pick it up and plant it.

I've gotta get back on the weights. :(

There's an exiting new bench press technique coming out of Hong Kong that builds muscle mass pretty quickly apparently. :P

yeah, well i wasn't happy at the time. Felt a bit better today when I called the son over to give me a hand to move the water tank I bought and the flat pack shed. He couldn't hold up one end of the flat pack, had to get his GF to help and the two of them on one end and me on the other. :D

Oh, and Bucksisgod, I think I'll steer clear of those chinese "weights" thanks mate.

People who cannot confine "discussions" to forums, and who go about attempting to take discussions into the real world as a way of "getting even".
What's up with those people?

One thing that pissed me off recently is a friend using someone who I care about to start an argument, because he is a childish wanker. Though it was probably my fauly in trusting a friend, but meh.

Except, behind the pseudonyms, most of the posters are still real people. Just because you can't see a face and have a real name doesn't make them any less people. If you insult someone in cyberspace, they're still insulted.

This is a part of the real world, not completely separate from it.

Don't let any of 'em know your employer either.

speaking of employer, the boss on the clients side is driving me nuts. every 5 minutes he sends through an email asking some mundane question or some stupid request. and if i dont answer he calls me right away

i swear that little sound that outbox makes when theres a new mail has got me paranoid. i hear that noise everywhere now and find myself jumping lol
