Don't know if this has already been mentioned but Blair's ability to extract the ball from heavy traffic and deliver it accurately to a Pies player is a sight to behold. Quite simply stunning.

If he can improve his running ability and his ability to be a receiver and couple all that with his foot and hand skills he will be an unbelievably good player for the Pies in the future.

Last week and again today, in marking comps especially, it seems that he can be taken out unfairly by the 3rd man up. Also his arms are being chopped and taken out of the contest on numerous occasions. If he was a key forward for any opposition sides, he would be lining up for half a dozen free shots at goal every week!
Just my opinion.
all year. can be wrestled out of a ruck contest, but if he has an arm around.. free kick

Even given that he dominated the ruck contests yesterday. Oh yeah, as a group we should purchase a number of prescription glasses that we can give to the umps for our next game against Richmond, that way they might be able to see what's actually happening in the rucks contests.

Fantastic win.How great was that to beat that low life of a club?I thought it was a great team effort and everyone played their part.

I must eat humble pie about Leigh Brown.I always thought he was a bit of a dud,but he's been very good in the past few weeks, and yesterday he played his best game for us.

Things are looking great for us at the moment. Now all we need is for Dick and Medhurst to slip back into the side and we'll be complete. :D

The umps have been all at sea since Guy Richards was forced out of the game, Tarrant left and Pebbs retired, so Jolly is the new target. If the frees against him weren't so freaking annoying they would be comical.

Guys, the victory against Geelong where we won by 86 points was in Round 9, 2008.

Watching the replay of the game now.

The St Kilda Cheersquad/Commentators tips came on at the beginning of the game.

Followed by commentary early in the game about how we were going to lose.

Listened to the game on the net half way round the world. Terrific, wish I'd been there. Somewhat disappointed when my wife emailed me that she hadn't videod the game. When I get back I might ask some of you younger more technically skilled Nicksters if you could give me advice on downloading the match.
