Good stuff enjoy.

Just watched a program on the ABC, "How Australia got it's MO JO", about a couple of guys who changed the face of Australian advertising back in the late 70's through the 80's.

Damn, it was like a walk down memory lane. Those guys were brilliant. Apart from others they did the C'mon Aussie C'mon for World Series Cricket, the Paul Hogan tourism ads that according to the program created our tourism industry and the Qantas Still call Australia home ads.

Well worth a look if you can get it on iview or one of those thingos.

Dunnit: Rode over 200 km's today. Raised nearly $2300 for the Smith family (about $5,000 in the last 2 years thanks to family, friends and work colleagues).

Friggin tough today: very strong wind made conditions hard.

I'm sore all over and have lactic acid to spare

I had a beer at the end & that's knocked me for six.

Go Pies

:D :D

I seriously hope you actually like that cycling.

If you told me to either cycle 200km or you'd shoot me, I'd request a head shot.

Arse is fine. Knees less so but getting better! Thighs are still burning a bit.

Need a long massage and osteopathic adjustment.

That friggin' headwind was tough

Day 5 of 10 tomorrow - we are half way there!! Doing so well it's not an easy treatment to be restrained in a tight mask where only your nostrils are free!
