I absolutely love bees! I’m always saving them from drowning in the pool! They sit for photos afterwards too! That would be awesome, to have a hive, I have a friend in the states with bee hives. Bees and mist bugs are so so important to every part of life, except maggots, no one needs the green maggots!

Son turned 30 yesterday, grandson turned 4 today.
They came over for dinner tonight, daughter also came round which was brilliant. fed em all, had a chat, took sharknado outside while dad finished his dinner.
Said to mum while she was doing the dishes * if she enjoyed tonight. She loves it when the grandson is here so I reminded her that every time she sooks about Melbourne's schizophrenic weather, that if she'd stayed up bush she'd be lucky to see her great grandson and her grandkids twice a year, now she see's them nearly every week.
* she does dishes after every meal. If I suggest that some stuff could wait til tomorrow or go in the dishwasher I get the Thunberg stare

Every dead body on Mt Everest was once a highly motivated person, so maybe just calm the **** down.

Youngest is doing her third and final year for her Juris Doctor (post grad law) course. Currently doing her second Clerkship in company law at a smaller but major law firm. After 3 days of induction they said to her “ we’ve got a job ready for you & we’re sure you’ll be able to handle it”. Apparently they are representing a company who are being bought out by an overseas company for 10’s of millions of dollars; they wanted her to prepare the contract
