That was awesome
that was my first game live for over a decade and it was so good, extremely satisfying
you know i watch every pies game on telly 'live' and you do get into it but i havent felt like that watching a pies game for ages, the adrenaline, bit of fist pumping lol , giving the umps shit and they truly deserved it.. the comeback and then the burial of the scum/filth's (cnt remeber which they are , both i reckon) season.
That was a great feeling, , just a huge buzz lol ..they played well them pies
you guys in melbourne are lucky (i know we lose too lol , have experienced that quite a bit too watching live in the 90's, used to come over for 2-3 games a year and dont think i can remember actually watching a win lol) but u guys are lucky to get to watch the pies most weekends
Go pies.... thanks for a great weeknd

Considering we are "SUPPORTERS" and what it means to be one, we should have a tendency to be more positive than negative.MattyD wrote:jack_spain wrote:No quieter than you guys were last week.Sutters wrote: It's almost as if they are sad when we win because they are proven wrong
for some reason I find this all very amusing
the negativity boys vs. the 'be positive!' claque!

And you are a disgrace of a Liberal Party supporter. Or are you a turncoat like Malcolm Fraser and supporting the Greens this year!Member 7167 wrote:You don't have to be on Nicks for long to work out the qualities of You and Weak as Piss.jack_spain wrote:And how long ago did you join Nick's buddy?Sutters wrote: At least we celebrate wins Jack.. you only get excited over losses..
you tell me who the f*cking moron is?
I see your boys got beaten by the Cats once again. Bad week with for you when considering a Hawthorn loss and a Pies win.

Collinwood FC started out as a working class football club in a working class suburb.
As Lou Richards said about growing up in Collingwood "You did two things living in Collingwood you voted Labor and you barracked for Collingwood"
To say football has nothing to do with politics of itself is a political statement.
Similar to the Country Womens Association saying no politics allowed in the CWA

Then that probably explains why I am so jaded about the club now. I gave up supporting Labor in 2010 (coincidentally with our last premiership) and have absolutely no intentions of ever voting for them again. Here's a history lesson for you. Labor always stuffs up the economy and gets us into massive debt and it always takes the Conservatives to get back in power to sort out the mess. What the fu-k has footy got to do with politics.
