Three words. Absolutely no chance!

Dangerfield is not going anywhere. Brisbane has already dug its heels in and said Beams for Pick 4 and nothing else, so the supposed extended trade that sees Beams go to Brisbane and us winding up with Dangerfield is just not going to happen.
The club won't let Beams go for pick 4 only, it would be a PR disaster, reckon we'd rather keep him for next year in the hope of changing his mind.
Five words. Absolutely no chance!

Yes, because a club's public starting position, before even talking with the other party, never changes. You seem to have the same grasp on AFL history as 35forever.

I say pass anyway, always thought he was disingenuous in the extreme after his dealings with Brisbane.

As a Deakin University lecturer I can tell you that if his missus reckons she'd rather study medicine at Geelong instead of Melbourne or Monash she must be crazier than he is. Maybe they both have mental health issues.
Glad someone else picked that up.
Deakin's 6 year old Medical course "beats the pants off", the 100+ year old course at Melbourne & the 50 year old one at Monash?? I know what diploma I'd rather see on the wall of the operating theatre as they wheel me in & it sure ain't one from Geelong!
I wasn't being serious guys! Of course Monash beats Deakin. Melbourne has slipped according to some I speak to about these things, but it still ranks highly.

Mitch might think that Sleepy Hollow provides a quieter existence with the surf coast on the doorstep. He obviously hasn't factored in the extreme negative of living close to Hiss & Bertha and their 12 stay at home offspring though.

I'm not fussed about Clark TBH, he's a huge risk not only with his depression issues but also his body, and he wouldn't be anywhere near AFL fit, I'd be happy to give him a 1 year deal at 200k, nothing more though.

Melbourne is well up in the international rankings. Melbourne adopted a new model that Monash are likely to follow. The idea is to broaden the education base - especially in the first year. This is particularly important to the sciences inc Medicine.

Nothing really new with this update and obviously could all change but there's talk of Cats with noses in front for Clark. Dangerfield no chance, apparently. Beams will definitely be gone to Brisbane (likely pick 4 and now a chance of something involving Sydney re Patful in a three-way). Source, before anyone asks, as per usual won't be disclosed. Make of it what you will.

The Melbourne list manager was speaking yesterday about Clark being a possibility to be involved in the Melbourne trade.

Despite what the media are saying I still think we're in the box-seat for Clark
