Kicked a lazy 5 goals. Has ego, swagger, confidence and the ability to turn a game on its head; and there's people saying he ain't even fit yet!? Can't wait to see what he can do when he does get going. He's the sort of player who can be anything and do anything. Once we figure out how to best use him and Elliott - look out.

Hes just ballistic in his attack on the footy with the skills to match.
Hes still young and not ever really had an uninterrupted pre-season.

Hes has support in the forward line now, we cant rest too much on his shoulders as one player focus can be shut down.

What amused me was that when JDG took that screamer the commentators said Awww he pushed him in the back! Bloody idiots!

I think it was Jordy or Pendles who said in the post-match interview that once the forwards start to click and work out each others's leading patterns.... watch out!

And Jordy's mark was a mark. It makes up for Howe's non-mark last week, regardless (which 7 showed in the Round 1 highlights reel! haha).

Well, I mean, he kind of did. No way he would have gotten away with it if he hadn't taken the mark. But we all know that that's the established double standard when it comes to speccies.

Otherwise, I just came here to agree with Leonmagic's post. An amazing player. Kicked five and also hit the post from another snap shot on the intersection of the boundary and 50m arc. Incredible stuff.

Even the Richmond player is in awe of Jordy. Check out the expression on his face, ha ha.

Now that is an AWESOME photo, love the determined look on JDG's dial, and can't stop laughing at Grimes!! Hope someone's got a close up of him when he realised he was about to get cleaned up by Cox

I tell you who he reminds me off. But not there yet. Garry Ablett Sr.

Has a similar build and similar attributes.

I saw a fair bit of YyyyaAbblett in his hey day. A lot of similarities.

He could be that good.

We could be in for a lot of fun times in the outer.

Was thinking the same thing - for example the big grab he took looked a lot like GA Senior - his arms were up above his head rather than in front which was how Ablett often took he's marks
