Nathan Brown's party trick was better! :D. (Just for some perspective)

Adam started like a steam train and has tapered slightly
James started slow and adapted to AFL pace

Both will be value for mine

Think Treloar is better at the moment but it will be an awesome discussion over the next few years

Big win if that turns out to be the case that Aish is better.

Treloar has been our second most valuable player this season and should get better. If Sidey can get back to his best we should have 3 elite mids in 2017 with a possible 4th in Adams.

Thanks Dekka.

There have actually been suggestions of differences of opinion on Aish within the Club. If you look at the trades, the Club gave up more for Treloar than Aish, but 2 x 2nd rounders for Aish was significant and shows someone (at least) who matters rated the kid.

His recent form gives some hope he may reach the heights predicted when he played in SANFL premierships as a teenager.

Will come with maturity and a sense of belonging, taking more ownership, believing that your output is crucial to the team's success. Once Aish starts to believe he belongs (plus a bit more fitness and size) he'll come to the party. Just hope it's while Pendles is still elite...

It just proves if you have footy smarts you don't need to be quick. The thing that really impresses me is how he uses his body to advantage. He is only lightly built at present, but he takes the hit if needed. Not sure who said he avoids contact if anything he seems to relish it.

Agree with the posters, you can't teach a football brain especially when majority these days are athletes. He is your old fashioned footballer but is also blessed with good skills.

Excellent pick up by the club.

He was always known to be a smart and courageous player. Impossible not to be given his family and his success in the SANFL seniors at a young age.

It's been great to see his confidence building over the last few weeks, and now we are starting to see his potential.

Bob Sugar, is it time to admit you underestimated this dude or do you still consider him to be a hack?

Why bother? Part of the problem with Nick's is that people are too quick to call a player a "spud", or "A-grade" or "finished" or "going to Carlton" etc. Bob isn't alone in that. A bit more reasoned argument and analysis and a lot less "big call" would be a fine thing.

If we even have to have a debate about it I'll be happy. I don't care who rates which one better if they're both guns. :D

His great asset last night was an ability to pick the ball off the carpet in one fluid movement and take it away from a contested situation. That sounds like the skill of a clearance player to me. He is going to be very, very good.

I can't believe there was any doubt, he had it stamped all over him.
