Well, possibly. But I think if you'd done your research you would have found that Cheer Squad members are no more likely to be dickheads than any other group of supporters. Dickheadedness would appear to be a fairly common characteristic of your garden variety football fan.

A 1998 study of members of several AFL cheer squads revealed, indeed, evidence of some degree of dickheadedness. However the dickheadness quotient per cheer squad member was actually found to be less than the corresponding quotient when applied to the general population of football supporters.

Of course, one must allow for the possibility that the size of the sample has produced a statistical aberration, for indeed the smaller than expected outcome of dickheadedness was several standard deviations outside the norm. On this basis, the 1998 study formed no definite conclusions. However, if you have any additional information pertaining to more recent research, you are welcome to post it here.

Another smart comment by Sam Newman. Okay we made a spelling mistake but when you get the quote from the person that is writing the banner and we are in a small hall. The banner takes up the size of the hall and yes maybe we should start to check every word. But who wants to be there until 1am in the morning. The dedication of the people that do the banner should be awarded. Sam Newman needs to come down to the banner making night and see how it is done and then he might shut up. He is the dick head not us .....................

I am surprised many Cheersquads haven't goofed, seeing as it would be hard to make a banner is such a small place. As I think the cheesquad does a very good job, just forget Newman, he's the only guy in the AFL that points out all the mistakes.

Oh yeah, any idea's on who made the banner he had on the show?
