McGough to Essendon in exchange for Marc Bullen. Straight swap an in and under ball winner for an in and under ball winner with leg speed.

If everyone is refering to Solomon because I said that, I was being sarcastic. Hence the wink emoticon next to where I said it. Otherwise, I don't know what yas are going on about.

Essendon was very keen on McG when we drafted him, same as Cole. But they didnt think that they would go so early. Im sure they would be very keen to get him, and considering that dyson and stanton will not be ruckrover/direct on ball types, they would be keen to replace mercuri, misiti, and hird... McGough would fit nicely in essendon.
And IMO i wouldnt be suprised if they went after TEX as well. There backline shot with Fletcher 31, and wellman gone.
We just need to make sure we dont get screwed.

Mark Johnson is shit so i don't want him unless the Lexus centre needs another punching bag.
I dont want anything from Essendon that has been tainted by Sheedy. Olarenshaw, Brad Plain and Ukovic were quite enough for me. Not to mention Moorcroft, Blumfield and Jacobs at other clubs. If we are stupid enough to trade with Essendon then we deserve whatever comes our way.

Ummmm....
HArdwick, Wanganeen, Salmon, Barnes, Manton, Caracella, Heffernan...
They may not be superstars, but all good players that have been let go. Done well at other clubs, probably a few more as well.
Sometimes u have to let go of good players, and with sheedys penchant to keep players HE has a love for, ie. Bolton, Hennamen, Wallis, Barnard of the past etc... He will let go some good players.

Never ever trade with Sheedy . . . . .
. . . . and think you are going to come out of the deal with equality.

Great idea d9. Haynes is quick and has skill. The opposite of Goughy but if he is to go, thats one way to do it.
Essendon have enough slow midfielders and I doubt they'll add to it.
Be warey of Sheedy. He knows his duds.

HArdwick, Wanganeen, Salmon, Barnes, Manton, Caracella, Heffernan...
Caracella - Soft as Butter only looks good because he has the best midfield around him and attracts no attention. See Des Headland.
Hardwick - Was let go due to salary cap constraints. Don't rate him much.
Paul Salmon - Essendon got Wellman and Barnard in return

I don't want McGough to leave.. especially to that scum!
. If he does leave, though, i woul;d expect Haynes, and a second round pick.. nothing less.

Geez essendon would be shattered with that trade
Why would we want a mercuri try hard??
Many better options than that useless excuse for a player
