I have to agree with the majority, here. Cole has plenty of improvement left in him, whereas Bolton does not. It is NOT a break even trade.
Granted, Cole needs to improve his awareness, but that's something that CAN be improved. Bolton is a lost case.
No Deal

Agree with the majority of people here - Cole has definately improved and has a far greater upside than Bolton at this point.
However i disagree with the opinion he cannot play midfield as i played with him a few years ago at the Rangers and he did an awesome job in the middle or on a wing and was one of the most dominant onballers in the comp.

Bolton is overrated. Sheedy pumps him up as much as he can. We must not fall for his trick.

Cole along with Johnson is one of the few players at the club who break the lines with his hard running. Once he has a bit more composure he will become a very good player.
Should step up to the midfield this year along with Davis and Didak and will give the midfield a bit of pace.
Surely the club are not so stupid to trade Cole for a dud.

In real estate there are 3 golden rules-
(1)position (location), (2)position and (3)position.
In football its equivalent is
(1)don't trade with Essendon
(2)don't trade with Essendon
(3)don't trade with Essendon

I'm sorry but all I can see is bloke bouncing of Cameron Cloke. Even if I could get over the laughter, where would Willi play him? They have enough talls to develop as it is.

As JLC said, he can break the lines on a run. If this rumour is for real, I will be very disappointed.
