No breach of copyright there. Personal entertainment is fine.

It annoys the players because the revenue raised from their image forms part of how they are paid. There is nothing stopping a person taking their photo. Selling the image is another matter though.

I have some high res shots JAJH, but the files are 1mb each. I can burn you a CD if you like, just pm me an address to send it to.

These are the cards I posted a few months ago...nowhere near as good as LM's, but I used a photocopy of the images from the Hun.

so if you take your own pics of the players with your own camera you can do what you like with them??

I say this because I want to make badges of the players fro my website and don't want to get into trouble.

from my understanding it is OK so long as you do not profit from the exercise.

its not really ok for me then as my badges are a business. I can just stick to slogans and black and white stripes etc.

I'm looking to create a nick's badge, watch this space in the future for developments. (will make profit for nick's)
