If only a handful of that lot turn into anything like their fathers, we will be in good stead.

Talking to Alan Richardson Tuesday night he advised me that Darcy Moore is the clear stand out. Alan was the one that put the program into place.

Darcy Moore has already been signed up by Ricky Nixon.

Will cost us a 1st rounder in the Bidding Process but it should be a Late 1st Rounder as he sounds like he could be 1 of the best from his Draft Class.

What Postion does he play?

He can play nearly every position. Has played forward and back. Kicked 5 in one game and has been solid in the midfield as well. Has his head screwed on right and is a very mature young lad. Worth 1st round pick.

The reports you posted suggested he's in 8A, so I'd think year 8. 4 more years on that basis. Any idea how tall the kid is? (granted, he could be full height at 13 or grow another 30 cm).

Rod "Swooper" Oborne played in the early and mid 70's magpieazza. He played in the Peter McKenna era. He was a nippy HFF who was quite flashy and played some good games for the Pies, and kicked some lively goals. He was like a poor man's Dale Thomas in terms of skills. Could be good at times, but sometimes went missing.

We already took Brad Orborne ? (his eldest son) a few drafts back but he didn't quite measure up.
