About bloody time we thumped the bastards.

Was a bruise free game, so much uncontested footy. The Eagles really can put in a shocker this season. Was great watching all the young boys play well, get their hands on the footy. Also fantastic to see Howe back, seemed to slip back in seemlessly down there.

Loved JDG's game today as well. He's staying involved so much more throughout the game these days and it is keeping us active through the midfield.

Good win in a season bereft of much.

Best or Equal best win for the Season.

We dominated for 3 Qtrs but fell away in 4th qtr but with the Young Side not a Shock and helps when you are about 12 Goals Up Helps

Our Top 2 Picks from last year Draft where very Good. Henry Marking Strongly and using it well and Macrare kept going and showed some real Class with the Ball

This is about the best Game I seen De Goey Play. 34 Touches and most where Effective Disposals getting the Ball into our Forward 50

Bianco had a Barry Crocker but though had 2 Shots at Goal for 2 Goals

Adams is Huge in and under the Ball but Kicking can be a Worry

Steele play his best game for the Season by a Country Mile

Hoskin-Elliot keeps up his Great 2nd Half of the Season Form

Ruscoe looks at Home in the Backline.

Be Intresting how we back this up vs Hawks next Sunday

So much more refreshing to see the Pies take on the game instead of playing that crap defensive game under Buckley.

Even the games we lost under Harvey we had a red hot go. Harvey can probably win 2 of the last 3 games. Even if he doesn’t, he should be on the short-list for the coaching position.

According to you, Lazza and MBFC we were guaranteed to get screwed by the umpires in Hurn's 300?

We have found a few in Henry and McCrae. Henry will be our Jack Gunston. Thankfully we didn't recruit him.

McRae has lovely skills and is hard at it.

IQ is coming along nicely.

Bianco will get better with another pre season. Had some shocking kicks early but nailed 2 lovely goals.

Thinking we are a glass half full.

Not as depressed about our chances going forward. Maybe the hard trade decisions will be looked as a turning point for our side.

Howe coming back instantly made our backline better and more organised.

Fantastic team win, what a confidence boost this will be in the weeks to come.

When JDG wants to have a red hot go, he is a wonderful player to watch.

And as it stands, we are out of the bottom 4!!

First time I was truly confident of a win in ages. Experience blended with vastly improved youth.

Very good signs.

Great work Harvey.

Just finished watching replay as I could not watch live.
This was a magnificent win.
McCrae played a beauty, and really signalled for the first time what he might mean for our club.
Henry is just the X-factor forward we have been looking for.
Sidey showed the world (including Nicks Collingwood Bulletin board members) why he is not done just yet, and why we need him in our team going forward. A captain's game.
I thought Grundy played a fantastic game. Whatever the ruck stats, his pressure and activity around the ground was fantastic. NicNat far less damaging in comparison.
JDG: great game. Somehow I thought he looked a little leaner in this game, as if Rob Harvey has convinced him to eat a little less and train a little more.
Crisp...what can you say, this guy is a superstar. He played brilliantly again today.
And IQ...one of the most joyful Collingwood moments I have experienced in a long time, when he kicked his first goal. Every Collingwood player knew at once the significance of the occasion and rushed over in an outburst of joy.
The team looks free, liberated, and joyful.
An impressive reflection on Robert Harvey.
Free Julian Assange!!

We were never that bad, just poorly coached.
