I wasn't born either but my Dad was there that day, he always tells me stories about the massive crowd and how if you fell asleep there was no way you could ever fall over. The huge lines made going to the toilet virtually impossible.
Other highlights he talks about, Jezza's mark of course and how the place went BEZERK! when it happened(Its a shame Stan Magro didn't clean him up like he did a few years later). Also all the handballing that Carlton did in the second half, as well as that blone headed so and so called Ted Hopkins who kicked four goals after the main break.
A tough day all round, I'm just glad I wasn't around.
