This happened yesturday, and more made me feel nervous than anything, but was walking past the Sports hospitial next to Olympic Park on my way back from the Lexus Centre, and saw Heath getting out of Dids car.
Perfectly innocent, was dropping him off,but still gave me the fright of my life at first!

That customers or people in general really find it necessary or at least condonable to public abuse and heckle staff at department stores.

I get it you have to be always right, but one day when your wrong and you go off on a tirade one of us is going to snap and argue back

That's because those customers are truly poor quality persons. What they are in fact is small... and weak as piss.

I refused the refund a dress that had chocloate, bird shit and oil stains on it.

The customer went off called me a $, a fat **** and a %$^%$ that was saturday just past. All i said was sorry i wont refund this here without a receipt as its stained.

the last weekend before Christmas i had a customer spit at me, and tell me she hoped my family dies because i couldnt get an approval code for her check, which i later found out was a forgery as she tried five other target stores. I did offer this lady the store phone to call the bank and offered to hold the stock until it was sorted.

I had open custmer have a go at me when she misread a catalog and told me that leaving "teenagers" to run the store was *&^*(&%$% stupid, i asked her not to swear and that i was actually 21 and she went off. Better yet she was actually wrong as her daughter pointed out and no apology go figure

I am not saying we are always right, but it is NEVER right or called for to personally attack someone who is trying to give customer service . It is people that think it is called for sometimes to attack that make my job absolutely abhorrent most weekends

Well, of course you are right!! She has no right to swear at a 2 year old! That's just terrible! This poor child should not have been subjected to such language! :P

Pre season angst. Waiting for the footy to start.

BTW, Opti, that's really crap. I always try to make a point of being polite to customer service people unless they're blatanty rude or incompetant.

I'd never have the bare faced cheek to try to return clothes with stains on them, that's just bogus.

Im a supervisor at target so i do expect to get difficult customers but the one on saturday really griped me.

She seemed really bogan, but it just got to me that ic ouldnt say a thing back without getting in trouble, although i did tell her to **** off which i was told off about later.........

Sadly stui most customers arnt like you and dont try and be polite about anything even if they are wrong, there are many hat find it necessary to do it.

I guess working behind the counter of a milk bar from age 8 showed me what pricks people could be, especially when you're a kid and they try to bully you, so I make a point of not doing it to others.

i think there's also a fair degree with these people that they know they're in the wrong before they start so they try to yell and bluff their way through it, hoping you'll give in to quiet them down.

You're getting a PHD in human nature there mate.

When a delivery man came into the office and said "Ohh, it's smells in here". I looked at him rather strangley to then realise he said "It's cool in here".
I thought it was rather odd (or am I just odd?) Either way.....
After Monday and Tuesday, even the calendar says WTF.
