Apart from Betts, he said he could name 10 others who had "absolute stinkers" last night.

No suggestion that "we might have to rethink the game plan" over at Royal Park, it seems.

I wonder what he would have been saying if his team was 11 and 6 after 17 games, playing 10 players who hadn't reached 50 games?
MR NASTY always, always blames the players, never, ever himself and a non gameplan, and NO plan B. He has not changed, and is well past his use by date. Wonder how wanker Kernahan feels today, the jerk who knifed Ratts for the old man :?:

Sounds just like he was with us. No plan B. Trouble is with the Pies, Mick had years to build a team in his image, and as a builder of talent he is an amazing coach, players love him and he is very good at building a successful team through talent and trades. Trouble is he's been handed a "ready made" team and doesn't have a lot of wiggle room like he did when he took over the basket case Pies. It's harder to replace good solid talent than it is to clean out a bunch of also-rans.

Unless the Blues board are willing to let him bottom out and build from scratch (yeah right) then I'd expect a Richmond like "middling out". The worst place to be in our competition is 8th-10th. You're not succeeding so not pulling in talented established players and can't rebuild through the draft as easily without the higher picks.

Carlton's imploding and I love seeing every minute of it. They're no certainty to beat the Bulldogs next week either. The Dogs have been playing decent footy in the past month so I'm inclined to give them a chance next week against the Scum.

MB thanks uploading all the funny comments from TankingCarlton. I love that forum after a Carlton loss.

It would be a massive effort (even though they play Saturday night! )
if the pups can get up.

I will be back here with bells on and a bucket of popcorn on Saturday night if the passengers get done.

A possible dream night, bliss, if we beat the swanettes, and the scum get done. Now that is better than sex.

I have a good feeling that the Doggies will knock off the Scum today. The Dogs have been in good form lately. Longmire praised them last week.

All the pressure is on Carlton to win today. A loss seals there fate unless Essendon is stripped of all there points and march to the bottom of the ladder.
