No swoop your not it's the dopers only chance of having the evidence gathered thrown out. Unfortunately for them even if (and he expert opinion I read says the federal court won't find in there favour) ASADA have the power to reissue infraction notices after reinterviewing all participants who have previously been interviewed and then come to the same conclusions.swoop42 wrote:I don't really understand how Essendon can claim that ASADA a body whose sole purpose is to investigate doping within sport somehow conducted an unlawful investigation in partnering with the AFL.
