Is that an Irish joke?

These 3 draftees walk into Collingwood and say "pick two of us"

Not sure how we are going to get 6 players in the top 10 into our 2 picks

KK to the Aints. Poor bugger.

KADE Kolodjashnij's rise to the top end of NAB AFL Draft could continue, with the Tasmanian in contention for St Kilda's pick three.

The half-back/midfielder is one of a group of prospects under consideration by the Saints for their prized selection, the club's first top-10 pick since 2007.

^ If Choco gets the St. Kilda gig, I can see the Saints taking Scharenberg at 3. Williams once described Scharenberg as "the best schoolboy footballer he had seen since Wayne Carey".

High praise indeed.

Kolodjashnij would probably then make it to Gold Coast at 5. It's then probably one of Bontempelli, Billings or Aish at 6, with either a slider of those 3 or one of Lennon and Salem at 10.

If Kolodjashnij goes to the GC, it's hard to see us not getting a massive win at 6, and a 10 not far below.

Hine has already stated that there is a fair gap between the top ten and the next rung. I'm pretty certain Hine is very confident about picking two jewels. I'm just hoping he doesn't see much of a gap between 2,3,4,5 and the next option at 6.

A good a kick as Salem (if not better) with more tricks up his sleeve.

Freeman has speed but from what I've read his kicking is seen as suspect and he's considered a bit of a receiver.

Not sure why exactly but Aish I'm starting to feel a little bit meh about.

Has a touch of Scully/Trengrove about him.

If Scharenberg and Bontempelli go within the first 5 picks I'd settle for Lennon and Salem.

In Hine we trust.

Still can't believe we've got 2 top 10 picks and to get those picks we traded out a second rounder + got compensation for a player who couldn't get on the park.

Couple that with Adams for Shaw and it's like we've brought in 3 top 10 Picks in the last couple of years, + 3 other top 20 picks, all while making finals.

I mentioned that we had picked up essentially 6 first rounders in the last two years without missing finals to a mate who is a St Vomit supporter. He was suitably irritated and threw quite a few profanities my way

Also, if we somehow managed to snatch Scharenberg and Bontempelli on top of picking up Adams this year I think I might have to check I haven't died and gone to heaven.

I'm fairly confident that Grundy will prove to be a top 10 pick in time.

Might even be top 5. :)

Or 3. 8)

Steal of the century.

This is like a bunch of school kids looking at the menu and salivating at their own preferences, meanwhile the teacher is the one who decides what we get.

I'm not getting worked up on wanting anyone in particular, we'll get what Hine and Rendell decide we get.

In Hine we trust.

Exactly. I want us to get the 2 players Hine most wants, not who we may or may not favour.

Yeah I read that as well.

With Williams almost certain to be appointed St.Kilda coach chances are we can strike Scharenberg off our wish list.

Last time I checked that's what will happen. :P

Till then let people have there own opinions.

P.S-If he takes midget Taylor you may change your mind.
