Something is just not right with Johnno. I don't know what it is, but there is definately something amiss with him. Be it an injury or another issue, dunno. But it's disturbing because of what we know he can do...

It's the constant fumbles/turnovers. Put him in Willi to get his skills up to scratch of an AFL player.

Benno's decision making is a worry, always has been. Can't question his desire and work ethic but confidence seems to be down, doesn't look injured to me.

I actually thought his first term was a decent improvement on recent weeks. He was one of the few to try and get the engine started with his run and carry.

I'll agree, he's been short of his best todate this year, but still done enough on a weekly basis. I haven't noticed him starting onball at all since round one, however. Something in that, or nothing at all?

Of course, he could be missing being on the piss with Taz.

In the past he used to get away from sticky situations, now he gets caught every time. He is terrible in a tackle. He doesnt get the hands free and the ball spills free, and the ump pins him everytime.

But as jonno said, atleast he was trying to take the game on.

I would not be making big personnel changes this week against the blues because we need to see which players will bounce back after that humiliation. Jonno is a leader of the club and should be given every chance possible to get his form back before finals

Bingo - keep travelling down from the dreaded OP region - the groin - to the region of the ankle and you may well find the source of the problem me thinks!

Then we should get him off and get it right if there is an injury. It can't be doing his confidence any good. I saw a few backies yesterday play 3 pretty good quarters. I am sure there is someone who can come in for him... get him out and right for September...

That wont help.

Frankston was desert with no grass and Burbank is a mud wrestle.

No skills can be refined in the VFL on grounds that are nothing like AFL grounds.

The ALICE chat robot can follow many things, like our discussion about meet Max Walker. Try being more or less specific.

I watched the tape of the game and actually thought Johnson wasn't too bad. Certainly not the worst. I think you need to consider that in the last few weeks we've been towelled up by the Cats and now the Bears. Always harder to judge form when players are continually under the hammer.
