I don’t know the answer to that question but I do think his in and under abilities are promising. Surely he would be the understudy for Mitchell who likely has one year left?

I guess if the club sees more in Hobbs, then we may make a move. A few friends that support Essendon have stated their dislike for Hobbs since the day he was drafted.

Same here Presti although one mate who is related to Essendon royalty says Hobbs will be a gem and that Scott is a complete dud at developing young talent and has cruelled his career thus far

My in-laws are crazy dons supporters.

"Knights is the best, Hird is the best, Thompson is the best, Worsfold is the best, Rutten is the best" and now "Scott is the best".

Like I said they are nutcase supporters. Every coach and assistant they have are the best in the league. They know what theyre doing. Even Dodoro is the best in the business.

It's tiresome.
