Just on the vaccination rollout, I think it's safe to say it's been a clustercluck, but one thing should be noted.
We keep comparing our roll out to the UK, Europe and the USA, places which had massive Covid numbers, still have compared to here, and went all guns blazing at the roll out. Understandably so.
If however you compare us to New Zealand, another country nearby that has had basically eliminated it in the wild (or for us at least until now) the story is different.
According to NZ data, Australia has about double the % of people getting the first dose.(scroll down to the map)

NZ is following almost exactly the same rollout timeframe and stages that we are. They're ahead of schedule, but you could say they set a very low bar.

According to Covidlive, Australia has administered 30k doses per 100k people, NZ has administered 24k.

NZ has a higher percentage of fully vaccinated people because they're using exclusively Pfizer. They did put all they're eggs in one bisket and the 3 weeks between doses compared to AZ 12 weeks means they get a head start. From pretty much now on our numbers of fully vaccinated should start to climb as more and more people get their second dose.
So, if you compare Australia with places that had a desperation to roll out vaccines in a hurry, we're doing shitful. If you compare us with a like for like neighbour, we're actually doing well.
I guess your view on that depends on your political inclination, but bear in mind if you bag Morrison for the pace of out roll out compared to Europe and the USA, you're also throwing NZ under the bus.
