Straight over Japan and into the ocean.

http://edition.cnn.com/2017/09/14/asia/ ... index.html

Swoop, they may have done their first test while Bush was POTUS but they clearly escalated while Obama was in charge to where they are now.

David, why are we pushing them? The nuclear proliferation treaty for one, the world doesn't want nukes in the hands of ratbag states.

Now they have it, we have to deal with it and just backing away and leaving them to continue to develop their program doesn't seem smart to me, so you have to find Kim's hot button to be able to negotiate, or take covert action.

Kim doesn't want to die, but he doesn't give a shit about the people. Unless we can hit his palace with a MOAB or something before he has time to launch retaliatory action, it's gonna end badly.

Nothing I can do about it, so I';ll watch with interest.

Hit his palace and you can be assured the generals would call in a retaliatory strike. Don't forget that Kim is treated like a god there. The last thing you want to do is assassinate him.

My point still stands though as the best time to do something was long prior to that first test when the intentions were obvious or immediately after when the threat realised.

The horse has bolted now and these new sanctions wont hurt Kim or the North Korean elite as they have long established business interests that operate outside the hermit kingdom and reap billions if that excellent documentary aired on Four Corners this week is correct.

I've read that North Korea has some of the most extensive underground networks in the world constructed over many decades so the US may have no real idea where Kim is at anyone time and if he's smart he'll be constantly changing the place he sleeps.

laser guided rocket from a couple km away take out Kim and his whole entourage without doing much other damage, but probably better to use something that couldn't be directly pinned as an assassination.

Let him "capture" a small shipment of viagra laced with coke and pottasium chloride, couple of horny captured females (or whatever) and bang, massive heart attack.

nah

Convince the Chinese that Fatty Kim is going to sell nukes to Uighur's so they can claim Independence and the problem goes way.

if you dont know who the Uighur are

http://www.abc.net.au/news/2014-09-30/j ... ng/5776086

anyway, if Beijing think ...er accidentally find a connection to Fatty Kim and the Uighur Independence ..... its over.
