The last player I can remember coming to Collingwood with star status was Barry Mitchell and/or brownlow medalist Brad Hardy, both were duds for us, but it would be interesting what Rohan said about them before they came. Anyone can look back and say look at the mistake CFC made. It takes a brave person to say I thought he was going to be good and he turned out a dud.

Your post is indeed interesting regarding Gehring and Black.

A touch off the mark though.

I have posted the reasons why Gehrig didn't join the pies and I have posted as to why Black wont join the pies (unless freo doesnt want to deal with the saints)
