Hmm yes that will be interesting to see, personally I think presti's past it.Zakal wrote:Good news on Presti. We don't need him right now, the Back 6 has held up quite well so far. But later in the season when Brown, Goldy and Harry are starting to tire...you watch how imporant both Wakes and a fit Presti are.

Dont people know by now that you dont schedule weddings during the footy season. To be honest, I refuse to go to parties etc scheduled for when the Pies are playing. Weddings are 50/50 depending on who is getting married, so it better be someone important.burnsy17 wrote:What a spew i wont get there until half time... bloody weddings!!

Me too Spoljar.
I missed out on a cousins wedding years ago. We were playing Nth. Melb. at VIC Park. I missed out on the church ceremony but did end up going to the reception.
This Sat. my daugher was invited to a birthday party, I had to decline. But sorry we're going to the footy. Against Nth. Melb. 2 weeks ago, missed out on my cousins 40th because of the footy.
But my finest moment came a few years ago, we went to a wedding in Mt. Gambier. Coll were playing ADL at AAMI. It was when Tarrant kicked the winning goal after the siren, I had my portable radio on & was updating my table on the scores throughout the night. When Taz kicked it, I jumped up for joy screaming & cheering that we won. All this whilst the speeches were on too.
It was so funny, most of the crowd being from SA were ADL supporters. What they must've thought when they saw our table jumping up & down for joy!
They then made an announcement that COLL beat ADL with a kick after the siren.

Luckily i'll be out of the church by 2.30, shoot straight to the G for the second half and then back home for a quick 'freshen up' and to the reception by 6pm....

I'm getting a little tired of people writing off Presti. He's 3 years younger than Burns and Wakes, 1 year younger than Rocca and only a year older than Lockyer and O'Bree. How's he past it? Don't tell me injuries because he's had no more than Burns, Wakes or Rocca in the past.

I agree Franki, Presti has won us more games than people give him credit for. Its a credit to him that Johnathan ' Caketin head' Brown recognises Presti as his toughest opponent. Shove that in your afro Scarlet, you corio bay twit!frankiboy wrote:CQ wrote:Hmm yes that will be interesting to see, personally I think presti's past it.Zakal wrote:Good news on Presti.
