Because that is the process Tess, we are not on here 24/7, if there is something that offends then report it and it will be dealt with in time by the moderation team, unlike a lot of moderating teams, we actually try and get a general consensus before acting to make sure we get it to right as possible, we aren't perfect, although from some comments made it seems we have to be.....What really gets my goat is people that continually piss and moan about things but have never even reported anything to the mods in the first place!
