Well im just happy because its nice to see a game where you're not having heart failure in the last quarter.
I know the opposition wasn't great, but we got somewhat of a monkey off the back with the last quarter fade outs that everyone seemed to be talking about.
A 14 goal win, a percentage boost, some confidence and a certain top 4 spot.
I'm happy!
Bring on Port!

Just watched the game - missed it last night - It was a very good win. Loved Jolly's game and was happy with most of what I saw.
The exception was Leon, who flashed in and out of the game but never looked settled or likely to be an influence at any stage. Given the restricted view from the box, am interested in those who may have saw more live.
Am I right to be concerned that Leon couldn't get going against the last placed Eagles?

I've seen the second half (downloaded it), as I wasn't able to go last night.
Outstanding performances from Jolly, Dawes, Didak, Swan, Pendles etc.
There were good signs for Davis in my opinion, and I liked seeing him being played on the ball again. He needs to spend some more time there and he might be an x-factor for us in the second half of the season.
Didn't see much of Anthony, but I was mostly impressed with what I saw. He did a few good team things.
Of the few things I saw Blair do, I was impressed. He looks like he will be a very good in and under player, and it seems as though he has sure/strong hands and clean disposal. Seems like a Luke Ball clone to me. He needs to be played again next week.
Travis also seemed to play well, and although it would have been nice to see him kick more goals, he marked strongly and was generally pretty good.
Btw, does anyone think that it is a coincidence that Joly's form has been very good in the last 2 weeks, since he has been played as the number one ruck?
Anyhow, good game. Hope we get another one like that next week.
Oh, and Didak was sensational. I want to see more of that!

I really must learn to use that sarcasm emoticon. I've gotten myself into enough trouble as it is (see the "Chris Dawes:The Verdict" thread).jack_spain wrote:I'm very happy.
