It's two hours on one evening at one swimming pool on one night of the year. I think we'll survive. :roll:

Are you being deliberately dense :roll:

The 2 hours on one evening set aside for any group including Muslim women is not an issue - the applying of such a "cover up" ban for PUBLIC events is a problem and I repeat should be strongly resisted!

My parents were in Dubai and mum found a really lovely lady in the hotel who wore a full burka and asked my mum if she had any questions.

The biggest thing mum took out of it was the fact the burka was infact a versace and under it the woman was in designer clothes. She said they spend a lot of time with their female friends and don't wear them when they're alone or with other women.

She said they do like to feel sexy and wear nice things.

The woman said it wasn't an issue for them as they really don't wear them all that often.
